“Lovely days don’t come to you, you should walk to them” What bad decisions were ever made with a glass of wine in hand? None I would say? Learning to listen to your wise, inner self - an eternal journey of learning and accepting. In 2024, let us continue to live forwards whilst understanding backwards. Let is practice kindness, let us have compassionate concern for others as well as for ourselves and let us be courageous on our journeys of learning. Love this brilliant overview by @thepresentpsychologist - the world is not black and white and we can be many things, all at once. It’s ok, you are ok. It’s our job as humans to collect great moments…. 100%. And let’s not only limit this advice to kids. Be the nice one. Be the one to encourage others. Celebrate people’s happiness and successes for and with them. Be generous. Be nice. Be the kind person! Smiling, the universal language for kindness, is always the best choice. And, it’s cheaper than therapy, that too…. Can’t buy me love but you can buy me a gelato… And that’s pretty much the same thing right? A reminder to choose your words wisely, be true, be kind - change the world, one word at a time… All it takes is courage…. A little scared? A little out of your comfort zone? That’s where the magic happens, where life expands.. Champagne mindset.... #summertime #champagne #cocochanel #author #vacationvibes
